The department works with special emphasis on education quality, research, technology<\/p>\n<p>transfer and community services. It has regular, winter, summer and special programs. The department trains students, at first, second and third degree levels, capable of improving crop production and productivity and ensure sustainable use of natural resources in the country and thereby contributing to improvement of the livelihood of the nation.
