About Sociology Department

The Department of Sociology, whose origin is traced back to 2009 GC, is one of the renowned fields of study under the CSSH. Located in the Main Campus at the vibrant Amboo town, our department runs both graduate and undergraduate programs. Sharing the same umbrella discipline of Sociology, the wisdom that flows from the various specialization areas of our instructors emanate from the rare combination of the wide-range of sub-fields of Sociology. On behalf of all the instructors of our department, therefore, I welcome all enthusiastic savants to the science and art of the 21st— Sociology.
