The Department of Chemistry
The Department of Chemistry is one of the most outstanding departments of Ambo University. It is a science that impacts all aspects of one’s life. It also aspire students to think critically to understand the theory behind chemical sciences. With highly qualified staff members and supportive staff members, nearly 600 graduate and postgraduate students are enrolled at the department. Our students have got placed in Academia Research, chemical industries, pharmaceutical companies etc at very good packages. In the coming years are bright our students would get good careers in widely varying fields from industry to research and learn beyond that.
