Medicine Departments
This department was opened in 2004 as New Innovative Medical Education Initiative (NIMEI) program. The department has four major units like surgery, internal medicine, pediatrics and child healthand obstetrics and gynecology. There are also two coordinators namely preclinical and clinical to enhance the teaching and learning process. Generic undergraduate medicine was started in 2013. Specialty in obstetrics and gynecology, specialty in surgery, specialty in internal medicine were opened. In 2013 specialty in pediatrics and child health also commenced. Now the department run both undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
